Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing services from DigitalFabricator, clients agree to the scope, pricing, and delivery terms outlined at the time of order. These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by DigitalFabricator.
Service Description
All services are delivered digitally. Ownership rights transfer to the client upon full payment. Any additional work outside the agreed package scope will incur additional charges. DigitalFabricator reserves the right to update services and policies at any time.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, and other media, in a timely manner. DigitalFabricator is not responsible for delays caused by late content delivery.
Intellectual Property
All original content created by DigitalFabricator remains our property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, all rights and ownership of the final deliverables are transferred to the client.
Revisions
The number of revisions included in each package is specified in the service description. Additional revisions beyond what is included will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the payment schedule provided in the project agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the project.
Limitation of Liability
DigitalFabricator's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
