General Refund Policy
Clients may request a refund within seven days of purchase, provided that no design work has started. Once work has begun or drafts have been delivered, refunds are not applicable.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact support at support@digitalfabricator.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:
- Service was not delivered as described in the package.
- Technical issues prevent the delivery of service that cannot be resolved.
- Client cancelled service before any work began (within 7 days of purchase).
Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Client dissatisfaction with design concepts after work has begun.
- Changes in client requirements after project initiation.
- Delays caused by late client feedback or content delivery.
- Requests for services beyond the original package scope.
Revision Policy
If the client is dissatisfied with the work, we offer reasonable revisions within the limits of the purchased package. Additional revisions beyond the package allowance will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, typically 5-10 business days.
